The Role
- Actively interact with online communities, engaging with other users' posts and monitoring conversations for storytelling angles
- Create both planned and reactive content across multiple social channels
- Identify cultural trends relevant to sports audiences
- Use design and video tools (Premiere, Photoshop, Azzuu, Slate) for asset optimisation
- Support content managers during planning and publication phases
- Contribute to ideation sessions and strategy briefings
- Analyse platform analytics to inform future approaches
Who We Need
- Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in sports or agency settings
- Deep knowledge of social platform optimisation strategies
- Track record building engaged audiences and driving positive interactions
- Experience with high-profile talent, brands, or organisations
- Ability to produce reactive content under pressure
- Proficiency with design/video editing software
- Strong copywriting and attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends aligned with the sporting calendar
