The Role
- Lead daily content planning across multiple social platforms with platform-specific optimisation
- Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day operations
- Create and publish planned and reactive content, identifying trending opportunities
- Lead publishing during major events, overseeing team output
- Drive creative innovation through internal ideation sessions
- Manage client relationships for campaign planning and reviews
- Track content performance and provide analytical insights
- Support other content managers across client channels
- Manage community engagement and user interactions
- Utilise tools like Azzuu, Slate, and Photoshop for asset adaptation
- Collaborate with internal content and video teams
Who We Need
- Demonstrable sports industry experience (agency or rightsholder background)
- Multi-platform social media management expertise
- Strong communication skills and senior stakeholder experience
- Deep knowledge of the football landscape
- Content optimisation understanding across platforms
- Analytics capability and data-driven approach
- Commercial acumen
- Willingness to work weekends aligned with the sporting calendar
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Azzuu, Slate, or Photoshop
- Familiarity with AI clipping tools
- Knowledge of AI's potential to improve workflows and processes
