The Role
- Support the planning and organisation of content across platforms
- Create and publish planned and reactive content across social channels
- Identify social and cultural trends that can become content opportunities — delivered with relevance and authenticity
- Play a key role in matchday and live event content delivery
- Contribute to ideation sessions, bringing forward creative ideas and formats
- Support the development of content plans and calendars
- Create and adapt content using tools (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
- Work closely with Content Managers to ensure delivery of high-quality output
- Monitor performance and apply learnings to future content
Who We Need
- Demonstrable experience in managing and engaging with online communities
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and how to optimise for each
- A proven ability to engage audiences and drive interaction
- Experience creating and publishing reactive content
- Strong communication skills
- Strong copywriting with a sharp eye for detail
- Passion for sport, in particular rugby
- Willingness to work weekends in line with the sporting calendar
- Experience working in a team environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience using analytics tools to assess content performance
- Experience using design or video tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Azzuu, Slate)
- Some knowledge, and a desire to enhance existing know-how, regarding how AI can improve workflows, processes and delivery
