The Role
- Lead ideation, production and publication of vertical video content
- Understand TikTok trends maximising engagement and growth
- Collaborate with internal content managers on content plans and schedules
- Write creative briefs for media days and events
- Advise the team on platform best practices
- Attend access days and capture mobile content on the ground
- Monitor analytics to improve output
- Stay current with industry trends and platform advancements
Who We Need
- Demonstrable video editing and content production experience in sports agencies or with rightsholders
- Strong attention to detail in video optimisation and subtitles
- Ground-level event content capture experience
- Experience working with high-profile talent and brands
- Sports industry background
- Deep social media platform knowledge
- Adobe Premiere proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends during sporting seasons
What We're Looking For
- Production budgeting knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop experience
- AI clipping tool familiarity
- Understanding of AI workflow enhancements
