A NEW HOME FOR TEN TOES
Ben Weisfeld, CEO & Founder
New Beginnings
The last few weeks have been another big stride forward on the Ten Toes journey – we’ve moved to a new office befitting of a brilliant team, servicing great clients who put their trust in us.
It’s the biggest physical demonstration of our progress and unrelenting ambition as an agency – the move sets the stage for a strong finish to the year, coinciding with the announcement of the Women’s Professional Game as a new client and Ten Toes being named in AdWeek’s Top 100 fastest growing agencies globally.
For me, there is an extra dose of professional pride as we move around the corner to 25 Charterhouse Square, Farringdon, into the same building where Anomaly London resides – it’s the place where my career in agency life began nearly 14 years ago.
To return to the building as the CEO and Founder of a multi-award winning sports marketing agency — gives me immense pride and shows we’re on the right track with a clear vision to continue bringing talent, brands and organisations closer to their fans, and to each other.
We now live in a world where hybrid working is commonplace and it’s an approach which is working so well for us. Undoubtedly there are great benefits to being physically together and giving our team the right balance of working from home a couple of days a week makes for a happier, healthier and more productive squad.
We pride ourselves on being a place where people enjoy coming to work and have created an environment where both fun and focused work can be done, whether that’s in phone booths, meeting rooms or breakout areas – it’s what makes us a true extension of our clients’ teams. Even just a quick chat waiting for the kettle to boil can spark brilliant ideas… We’ve chosen to move now as we enter the home stretch of 2024 with lots of incredible work to still deliver, exciting new projects kicking off and the planning for 2025/26 to be finalised.
We will be doing it all from a space that reflects the Ten Toes culture, a space we’re proud to call home and somewhere that’ll help fuel the agency’s relentless ambition to grow and develop.
Ben
