wingmen: Season 2

Wingmen is a series that provides football fans with a fresh insight into the personalities and off-pitch relationships between a number of footballers across the UK… we have just brought it back for another series!

The second series of Wingmen, built on the success of the first which introduced audiences to the strong engaging friendship of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson, retains core elements of the format whilst also taking advantage of its flexibility. 

It involves exciting new brand sponsors, KFC and Porsche, as well as a new dynamic duo per episode including, Jesse Lingard & Bruno Fernandes, Ian Wright & Laura Woods, Michail Antonio & Adebayo Akinfenwa. The series has seen a great deal of success so far. 

With Laura and Ian’s episode still to come, the series has already generated 38.7M impressions and over 21.2M views to date and grown KFC’s YouTube by 23% since launch (a key objective for the brand).
