TEN TOES WELCOMES MADDIE COUTTS AS BUSINESS GROWTH DIRECTOR

Ten Toes is delighted to announce the appointment of Maddie Coutts as the agency’s new Business Growth Director.

Coutts will form part of the leadership team at Ten Toes, who are nominated for the Agency of the Year title at the upcoming 2024 Sport Industry Awards, and will play a key role in further expanding the company’s growing list of clients.

Ten Toes provides the likes of FIFA, England Rugby and The FA with support in managing and growing their digital channels and communities as well as working with brands such as KFC, Expedia and Meta. The agency also supports athletes including Harry Kane, Alessia Russo, Gabi Martinelli and Ons Jabeur with their digital, commercial and marketing strategies.

Coutts, who joins Ten Toes after five years with 50 Sport, was selected for the Sport Industry Group’s 30 Under 30 cohort of 2020 – an achievement replicated in recent years by two of her new colleagues in Ella Jerman and Josh Sawyerr-Booth.

Ben Weisfeld, Ten Toes’ founder and CEO, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Maddie to the agency. She has an outstanding reputation within the industry and joins our growing team at a vitally important time.

As we continue to grow into different sports and new markets, such as the US, we are proud to attract the best talent in the industry to be a part of the agency at such an exciting time.

”As well as helping us identify and secure new opportunities for the agency, Maddie will play a key role in how we work with the sports organisations, brands and talent we are already proud to call clients.

”We’re really excited for what the next few months and years hold for Ten Toes and are delighted that Maddie will be a part of it.”

Coutts added: “I couldn’t be more excited to take my next career step with Ten Toes as part of their leadership team.

"I love the agency world: the challenges, the opportunities and the ‘can do’ attitude to help clients achieve their objectives. It's what I've loved doing for the past five years and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and expertise to an awesome Ten Toes team who are already delivering outstanding work in the industry.

"From commercial and consultancy to talent and brands, I know I'm joining at a really exciting time and can't wait to get going."

Ten Toes has been shortlisted for the Sport Industry Group’s Agency of the Year title for the last two years, having won Young Agency of the Year in 2021. Ten Toes’s work with KFC is also nominated for the Branded Content Award at the 2024 Sport Industry Awards, while its partnership with The FA is in the running for the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion award at next month’s 2024 Football Business Awards.
