Ten Toes, the recent winner of Agency of the Year at the Football Business Awards, has appointed Alex Sansom as Creative Director.
Sansom arrives at Ten Toes after a career producing socially native work that sits at the intersection of culture, sport and entertainment. His clients include major players in the sports marketing space, such as FedEx, Google, adidas, Amazon Prime Video, Crocs, the Home Office and Liverpool FC.
At Ten Toes, Sansom will lead the creative output across the agency's talent, brand and rightsholder clients, working with a roster that includes FIFA, Harry Kane, the FA, Nike, Alessia Russo, Maro Itoje, Matchroom Boxing, Ferrero, Visa, and the RFU.
His arrival comes as the agency continues to bolster its in-house production capabilities and rolls out sport's first million-persona, AI-powered insights engine, Ten Beat.
"Alex is one of the sharpest creative minds in the sports and culture space I've met, and his arrival is a statement of where we're heading. We've spent years building a reputation for ideas that scale, and Alex's instinct for socially native work that actually moves people is exactly the energy we want at the heart of our creative offering. He's made things that fans genuinely want to watch and share, and that's a rare thing. We can't wait to get him in the building, and bringing him in as we head into the World Cup 2026 is a huge moment for us, for our clients, and for the next chapter of Ten Toes." Ben Weisfeld, Founder and CEO, Ten Toes
"I truly admire what Ben and the team have been doing at Ten Toes, from the work and key clients to the company culture throughout. It's clear they've built something really special. Can't wait to step into this role and join the team at such an exciting time ahead of the World Cup and launch of Ten Beat, and be part of what comes next."
