Ten Toes Makes Two Industry-Leading Hires

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two key staff members as we prepare to work with some of the biggest names in the game at this year’s FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Tom Biggs joins the agency as Lead Consultant following a three-and-a-half year spell with the English Football Association. During that time he ran the England national team’s social media accounts at UEFA EURO 2020 before progressing to oversee the governing body’s full digital output, including across the Lionesses, Emirates FA Cup and women’s leagues and competitions.

Also arriving at Ten Toes is Ella Jerman, who is appointed as Social Media Manager/Consultant. Ella, who was this year selected to be part of the Sport Industry NextGen programme for the best emerging talent under the age of 30, joins from Little Dot Studios. During her time at Little Dot, Ella managed the social media accounts of the Barclays Women’s Super League, Women’s Championship and Vitality Women’s FA Cup, driving huge growth across all channels.

Tom and Ella will work with Jim Lucas, who joined Ten Toes as Strategic Consultancy Director last summer, in managing the agency’s ever-expanding relationship with leagues, clubs & federations. Ten Toes will have on-the-ground representation at this year’s FIFA World Cup in Qatar, helping a number of clients in different capacities.

If you work with a team, player or commercial partner and you’d like some help maximising your opportunities for growth, Ten Toes is here to help. We work with sporting organisations, talent and brands to help them build better connections with their fans.
