We're delighted to have been named Agency of the Year at the Football Business Awards.

The award recognises our work across 2025, a year of significant growth in which we expanded our client roster, strengthened our global footprint and delivered record-breaking results for rightsholders and brands across the globe.

Judges highlighted our approach to AI as a key differentiator, specifically the launch of Ten Beat, our proprietary AI-powered fan and cultural intelligence platform. Built around one million global personas derived from millions of real fan signals, Ten Beat helps clients understand how fans think, feel and behave across different sports, markets and moments. It's the embodiment of what we've always believed: that the best sports marketing starts with deep human understanding, and technology should sharpen that, not replace it.

We're proud that the judges recognised not just the platform itself, but the philosophy behind it. In an industry where AI adoption has too often been superficial, we set out to build something genuinely different, something that makes our strategic and creative work stronger for clients.

This award belongs to everyone at Ten Toes, and to every client who has trusted us with their brand, their athletes and their ambitions.

"To be named Agency of the Year at the Football Business Awards is a great moment for us. We've always believed that creativity and commercial effectiveness aren't trade-offs, they're force multipliers. In 2025, we set out to prove that, and I think we did. Launching Ten Beat, our own AI platform built from the ground up, while continuing to deliver work we're genuinely proud of for some of the biggest names in sport. This is a real recognition of what the team has built, and it gives us enormous confidence heading into what comes next." Ben Weisfeld, CEO and Founder, Ten Toes
