The holder of his role will provide video ideation, capture and edit support across our work with brands, organisations and talent in the world of sport. The Content Producer will be responsible for developing video content ideas, capturing on-the-ground footage at shoots and events and editing a variety of video content that helps our clients build deeper relationships with their fans and stakeholders. The role holder will work closely with our internal teams across our brand, talent and organisations work.

We’re recruiting for a passionate, skilled and creative individual to support the agency’s clients in building deeper relationships with their fans and stakeholders through the ideation, development and optimisation of industry-leading video content. The successful will work closely with our brand, talent and rights holder teams, acting as the agency’s go-to for video output.

  • We’re looking for someone who can produce video content that stands out from the crowd. The individual will provide support to our teams working with rights holders, brands and talent in the world of sport – delivering leading video output to help them engage their audiences.

    For this role, we’re looking for someone who has excellent experience editing highly-impactful video content, understands what works across social media from a video perspective and is extremely creative – pushing the boundaries of what can be done.

    The individual should have demonstrable skill and experience in editing video content, as well as a good understanding of capturing footage on-the-ground at events, shoots or talent days.

    It goes without saying, the successful applicant will need to be passionate, dedicated and sociable, with strong communication skills a must in this fast-paced, high-intensity position. Being proactive, confident selling in video ideas to our internal team but also clients, and a keen eye for spotting social media trends will also be crucial in this role.

    • Edit high-quality video content for distribution across client channels (talent, organisations and brands)

    • Ideation and development of creative concepts for brands and talent - bring your creative side to life from the seed or an idea all the way through to development of an existing one

    • On-the-ground video content capture at events, shoots and talent days

    • Collaborate with our Content team to support the development of video content for organisations

    • Ability to lead the production of talent shoots and behind-the-scenes content capture

    • Identify video content trends across social media to share with our internal Brand and Content teams

    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video editing to enhance our video output

    • Build easy-to-understand creative briefs for others to capture on-the-ground video content across our work with brands, talent and organisations

    • Act as a go-to within the agency for social-first video content inspiration, ideation and knowledge

    • Contribute to our agency-wide content inspiration sessions, bringing ideas from around social

    • Produce bespoke video content for Ten Toes’ own digital channels

  • Essential: Demonstrable experience as a video editor in an agency, in-house or post-production studio

    Essential: Demonstrable experience capturing content on the ground at event

    Essential: Experience working with high-profile talent, brands and/or organisations

    Essential: Experience delivering best-in-class creative video content

    Essential: Experience of working in sport

    Essential: Excellent knowledge of the social media platforms and their video requirements

    Desirable: Experience of working in a team environment

    Desirable: Experience optimising and distributing content on YouTube

    Desirable: Experience of using analytics tools to assess video content performance distribution

    Desirable: Knowledge of budgeting for production shoots and edits at various scales

    Desirable: Experience working with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
